No equipment? Accessorize your workout with stuff you already have! Use a handbag and put heavy things in it, like for example packages of rice (I put 4kg -8.8 lbs). Books and dictionaries will also work too, no excuses!
Here is a suggestion for a glute-targeting circuit:
1- Squat trust & lift
2- Pass-through lunges
3- One-legged bridge on the right leg
4- One-legged bridge on the left leg
5- Squat press
6- Donkey kick right leg
7- Donkey kick left leg
8- Froggy glute lift
9- Back lunge push-out right leg
10- Back lunge push-out left leg
15 repetitions per exercise, perform circuit 3 times. It takes about 10 minutes to complete the circuit one time.
NB: this is not a real Louis Vuitton bag, it’s a fake… If I had a real expensive designer bag, you bet I’d not use it as workout equipment! ^_^

Low Calorie Ice Cream Sandwich
- Lite Cool Whip
- Graham crackers
- Freeze the Cool Whip container.
- Break a graham cracker sheet in half.
- Place a spoonful of frozen Cool Whip on one half.
- Top with the other half of the cracker sheet.
For some fun variety, try strawberry Cool Whip or cinnamon sugar graham crackers.

I think this is a good idea but i would use light heavy cream and fresh fruits or some vanilla extract and agave. Why use something processed when trying to have a healthier dessert? Just a thought
HIIT WORKOUTS: EXPLAINED!
I try to use HIIT style training for all my strength workouts to get as much out of every exercise moment that I can! Especially when I have a lot to do I rely on these to get the most out of a quick workout. In the rest periods instead of walking or jogging I try to do push ups, planks, crunches, or use weights so that I’m building muscle while I’m blasting away fat! This is a tough type of exercise but if you put all you’ve got into it you’re going to get FANTASTIC results and it’s only 15-20 minutes, you can do it!! :)
